Lost in the Pines: The Complete Collection brings together the individual hand-carved blocks from my Pine Barrens Printmaking Series into one 12×18 print celebrating the wildlife, folklore, landmarks and history of New Jersey’s Pine Barrens.

Each element was first carved as its own piece before being assembled into this final composition. The print includes the Jersey Devil, Apple Pie Hill fire tower, Northern pine snake, Pine Barrens treefrog, Great Blue Heron, buck moth, blueberries, historic ruins, Batsto, Wharton State Forest and more — surrounding the Lost in the Pines sign at its center.

Each print is pulled by hand, so variations in ink coverage, texture and registration are part of the process. No two prints are exactly alike.
